A truly competitive service provider with state of the art winch manufacturing facilities. CES winch components are designed and manufactured in-house with mainly CNC machinery, drawings are electronically available from the latest Autodesk Inventor “ Design Program”.
This program evaluates design by the information in conjunction with experimental test data and the practical experience of design engineers and analysts. A quality approach to engineering design usually mandates physical testing as the final means of validating structural integrity to a measured precision. At CES we also offer cost effective high end precision machining and fabrication in our workshop and also equipped to cater for general engineering, repairs and manufacturing of new parts to specific costumer specifications.

A universal rope guard is use in 3x positions on a vertical sheave.
Standard sealed ISO bearings are used on all sheaves, no maintenance – no grease.
